Are you feeling overwhelmed? Worried the stress will never end? Feeling directionless and powerless?
Somatic Experience is a body based approach to healing that resolves stress and trauma, resulting in greater capacity and ease in navigating all areas of life.
Trauma and stress cause fractures in our psyche and nervous system, causing us to lose our center and connection to ourselves. The resulting anxiety, reactivity, fear, feeling stuck and numerous emotions and behaviors can feel disorienting and leave us fractured, confused and alone.
SE integrates the Polyvagal theory and neuroscience with potent tools and training to support our nervous system in complete healing and relief. The results are greater joy, fulfillment, peace, ease in relations, a decrease in pain or symptoms and greater coherence.
